Skin Store – Email Marketing, Campaign Strategy & Digital Advertising

When I started working with Skin Store, they had a solid customer database that wasn’t being fully utilised. We kicked off regular email campaigns featuring product launches, monthly specials, and informative content—quickly re-engaging their audience and boosting sales. Alongside this, we ran several successful promotions across email and socials, including Valentine’s, kit launches, and a standout Black Friday campaign. With sales slowing and stock to clear, we launched a Mystery Box offer that sold through all remaining inventory—showing that smart strategy can outperform deep discounts.
I also managed Skin Store’s social media and paid social, creating on-brand content that cut through the noise and gave real value back to customers.



Keir Projects – Social Media, Content Strategy & SEO

​I’ve been working with Keir Projects for over a year now, supporting their growth as they take on larger, more complex projects across outdoor spaces and conservation-focused builds. While they mostly do council and large scale structures, the team saw the need to increase brand recognition and better tell their story.
I came on board to manage their social media and create blog content that acts as a source of truth—sharing the technical detail, behind-the-scenes process, and purpose behind each project. This strategy not only builds brand depth but brings people back to their website to explore more.
We’re now expanding into SEO to boost visibility and ensure their work is discoverable online.

Tekton – Website Development, SEO & Social Media

Tekton came to me with an underperforming website that wasn’t serving their needs. I worked closely with the team to rebuild the site from the ground up—designing a clean, responsive experience for both desktop and mobile that reflects the calibre of their work. We added a portfolio to showcase their craftsmanship and support SEO efforts, helping the brand become more discoverable without relying on paid ads.
While Tekton is highly sought-after and not chasing leads, the goal was to build a strong digital presence that allows people to connect, stay updated, and recognise the brand. I’ve continued to support them post-launch with light-touch, strategic social media management.


Design Suite – Website Optimisation, SEO & Lead Generation

I’ve worked with Kate at Design Suite over the past year, supporting updates and improvements to her website and SEO.
Most recently, we’ve been developing a web-based quiz designed to generate qualified leads in a more engaging way. The quiz is paired with an outcome-based automated email series that delivers real value—helping guide potential clients through their design journey and building connection with the brand before they even make contact. It’s a smart blend of strategy, creativity, and automation aimed at turning interest into genuine enquiries.
